Perfecting the Launch Process for Increased Profits
The launch process can be very intimidating for many marketers ñ especially those who havenít been through it before, or who keep seeing failure after failure. If you work on tweaking little elements along the way, youíll see your profits grow over time.
There are some things you can work on for the launch process. This should make things go more smoothly, and indirectly contribute to the rise in your income as you implement these tips for future launches.
Recruit JV partners and affiliates ahead of time. Too many marketers simply wait until the day of their launch to announce that itís live and hope others want to promote it. Thatís not how this works.
Marketers need ample time to put your launch on their promo calendar, and they need time to review it. If your sale ends in 4 days, they may not have a chance to review the product.
Get an affiliate manager. As you level up, this type of worker can do all of the recruiting for you. Recruiting affiliates and Joint Venture partners takes as much (if not more) effort than the selling and conversion of the product to interested buyers.
Build a list of affiliates so you can keep in touch with them frequently before, during and after the launch. Many marketers forget about list building for affiliates. They simply concern themselves with a buyerís list ñ but ultimately, having a list of affiliates can be very lucrative for you.
Time it just right. What days of the week work best for your niche? What time? It will vary, and you want the best response from affiliates, too. Keep track of conversions for the first day especially so that you know what type of interest is brewing on launch day.
Give affiliates time and ideas for bonus creation. This is preferably a month, but even a couple of weeks is enough time for your affiliates to have a sneak peek at your product and make a bonus for it.
Giving them ideas can help, too. For example, maybe theyíll take your report and create a video course to go with it ñ or supplement the lessons with something that complements it nicely.
See what your market enjoys and despises in terms of the funnel. Are they game for 2 one time offers, but tire out and get annoyed when it reaches 5 or 7? Work on your follow up, too. The earnings donít stop after a sale is complete ñ because there are always future backend sales to be made.
