5 Steps for Finding a New Job – Running Your Business

While you can’t predict everything you will be asked, there are some questions that come up time and again. These include:

  • What are your strengths?
  • What are your weaknesses?
  • Why do you want this job?
  • Where do you see yourself in five years?

Rehearse your answers to these questions out loud, and if possible, in front of a mirror or even a friend. The more you practice, the more confident you will feel going into your interview.
